Training & Set-Up Support

In addition to all the bookkeeping services we provide on an on-going basis you can access our knowledge to train you or your staff, come in and set up your system or to fine tune it if things are not working properly.

We can tailor a training session suitable to your particular situation however we have listed our main training and set-up packages for you to choose from.

Let's Get Started Package

Set-up

• On-site installation of MYOB
• Create and confirm company file
• Set up of chart of accounts
• Set up of tax codes
• Set up of payroll card files, payroll categories and linked accounts
• Enter opening balances (if any)

Training (incl. easy to understand & follow notes for your future reference)

• How to create invoices, receiving money, entering bills and pay bills
• How to enter any direct debits, bank fees & transfers etc
• How to enter your expenses paid on your credit card
• How to reconcile the bank accounts at the end of each month
• How to pay your employees
• How to use your card file
• Provide you with a monthly checklist of accounts tasks to be done each month

Cost - full day (or 2 x 1/2 days) $500 + GST Cost excluding payroll module (if not needed) 1/2 day $250 + GST NB! Software purchase note included (see software for more information on product costs)

Other training modules include:

• Get ready for year end (watch for this one as a breakfast seminar in June each year)
• How to integrate and use the inventory module
• How to get the best out of your client database (your card file)
